most of our assistants are also clients. for example I am good with technical stuff, but not so great with money

so i have two accountants for whom I build websites. and, when I need accounting services they assist me. theres a third who doesn’t like to barter, and I like what he does. so, I pay him cash. and, the other 2 prefer the barter arrangement. everybody wins

other assistants trade services for cash or other currencies exclusively. there is no central governance over what form of currency is acceptable. one of the favorite amongst one group of artisans is the gold back. we are all just helping each other make the most of our talents
